Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. Deletion of all information may not be technically possible; for example, information may still reside in Company back-up systems that are not accessed as part of normal operations. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

You may submit a request to delete your account via the App, and once your account has been deleted you will be notified. If you have deleted your account, you cannot reverse the process and will have to create a new account should you wish to use the App again. In this case your prior history will not exist in the new account, even if you use the same email address and/or phone number. Account deletion requests may not be accepted if there are any outstanding payment issues which have not first been resolved.

Your California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
